This agreement (“Agreement”)  is between you and Canada Music Lessons ("CML”) for the provision of piano instruction and related services (“Services”) by CML to the student. The Agreement is comprised of: (i) CML’s policies provided to you and/or posted to our webpage at canadamusiclessons.com/policies (“Policies”); (ii) agreement(s) in writing between you and CML, if any; and (iii) the within credit card payment authorization.

You authorize CML to charge the credit card provided by you for the fees payable to CML for the Services in accordance with the Agreement. You acknowledge that an amount equal to the monthly fees payable to CML for the Services in accordance with the Agreement may be set aside or reserved by the card issuer of the credit card and you consent to the same.

CML may amend the Policies from time to time. CML will post the amended Policies and indicate the effective date of the changes to our webpage at canadamusiclessons.com/policies and/or send the amended Policies to you by email.

Continued use of the Services will be taken as an acknowledgement and agreement by you to be bound by the Policies. If you do not agree to the amended Policies, you shall immediately cease using the Services. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the you and CML with respect to the matters provided for in the Agreement. The Agreement may not be amended or modified in any respect except as provided herein and by agreement in writing between you and CML. Where used herein, “agreement in writing” includes by email correspondence.
